We manage all products, information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all Terms and Conditions, policies and notices stated in this document. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by accessing or using any part of the site. 1. Products:
We make every effort to display product details as accurately as possible on our Website and the WhatsApp catalogue. Product images are only used for display purposes. All items are based on the availability of stock, we do not keep a lot of stock on hand. We want to ensure that the products rotate constantly to make sure that you receive a fresh and high-quality product. We can also discontinue an item listed and change our pricing at any given time without prior notice. Please be aware that we are registered to do business in South Africa.
2. Order Process:
You can browse through our website to find the products that we have to offer. Add the products to the website cart and place your order. As soon as we have received your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. Be sure to check the payment details thoroughly to ensure that it is the correct item and quantity thereof before making payment. In the event where a product is out of stock, we will get into contact with you, offering an alternative product option or service if possible. If you are not satisfied with our options, we will then contact you for your bank details to refund you for the amount paid on the product not in stock.
3. Payment Process:
Our secure payment options are 'Pay with Yoco Online' and 'Pay with Card when Collect at our premises'. Please note that YTB Industies (PTY) Ltd t/a YTB Your Trend Boxed does not accept any cash payments.

When purchasing Products, you must provide YTB – Your Trend Boxed with complete and accurate information and agree that the information provided is true and correct. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks, ensuring this information’s safety.
