Returns & Refunds Policy

Unfortunately, we do not replace products, but we do refunds on faulty products with discretion. We will try and resolve the matter to the best of our ability. 

The customer has 7 days after receiving the order to lodge a complaint, via email only. You can send your complaint to [email protected]. If you fail to lodge a complaint within the 7 days then you will forfeit your refund. 
To be eligible for a refund the following is required: 
Proper proof must be given by the customer, via email only. Images of defects and a receipt of proof of purchase must be provided. We will do an immediate payment on all refunds. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with the correct banking details. If the customer has provided us with the incorrect banking details YTB Industries (PTY) Ltd t/a Your Trend Boxed will not be held liable for refunding the customer into the incorrect bank account. We will take responsibility and do another refund if the mistake was made by us.
Products that are not eligible for refund: 
Products on sale will not be refunded, only regular-priced items will be refunded. We only do refunds on products that are defective, any product damaged during transport are not included. All precautions are taken to ensure your package is protected when shipped and a quality check is made to ensure products are undamaged before being packed and shipped.
