COLLECTION AT OUR PREMISES
Once we have completed processing your order, we will contact you to say that your package is ready for collection.
You are also welcome to make use of your own driver/courier for collection.
Collection Days & Times:
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
PLEASE NOTE - We have specific collection days and times, if you know that you cannot collect your order on these days and times, please choose the shipping option:
Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays: between 16:00 and 18:00 ONLY
Fridays between 12:00 and 13:00 ONLY
IMPORTANT - Orders that are not paid online or upfront will only be kept aside for 5 working days after message has been sent that you that your order is ready for collection. If not collected and paid within 5 working days your order will be cancelled.
Once your order has left our premises it no longer belongs to us and therefore, we cannot be held accountable or take any responsibility regarding the actions which the collector/driver/courier company decides to take.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Please Note: Orders that need to be delivered will be booked for shipping on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Shipping Options:
Option 1 - The Courier Guy Locker - Cost R79
Your package will be booked to be delivered to your nearest THE COURIER GUY locker or THE COURIER GUY locker of choice for pick-up.
We will send your tracking number once we have booked your order for shipping.

Shipping will take approximately 1-4 business days.
When your package is ready for pick-up you will receive a notification with a QR code and PIN code for the pick up.
If you don’t pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest Kiosk or Depot.
Option 2 - Delivery to Door - Cost R99
Your package will be booked to be delivered to your provided address for collection.
We will send your tracking number once we have booked your order for shipping.

Shipping will take approximately 2-4 business days.
Please ensure that you are available to receive your package in the time the courier states.
PLEASE NOTE:
Should there be any delay in processing your order we will notify you of such. With all this said we will always strive to complete your order as soon as possible.
For both shipping options YTB INDUSTRIES (PTY) Ltd t/a YTB – Your Trend Boxed will not be held liable for any damages or delays caused by the courier, as we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your package is protected when shipped and delays caused by the courier company is out of our hands.
